Cancellations

If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Later cancellations or changes to the booking and failure to cancel will be charged with the total amount.

During fairs, Oktoberfest or larger events:

If canceled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Later cancellations or changes to the booking and failure to cancel will be charged with the total amount.

Beds for children and extra beds

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Accepted credit cards

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
